Robert MorkotDr Robert Morkot is an authority in ancient history and archaeology, specialising in the Kingdom of Kush (present-day southern Egypt, Nubia and Sudan), and for the past 20 years has been guest lecturer on many tours of Egypt and Libya. He serves on the committees of the Egypt Exploration Society and ASTENE (the Association for the Study of Travel in Egypt and the Near East). Dr Morkot is author of a number of eminent publications on ancient Egypt, Nubia and Greece. He currently lectures for the University of Exeter, UK. |
